Hospitable and clean waiting area. Tracy greeted me and assisted with my vehicle needs as soon as I walked through the door. I was there for only a state inspection, but I received a full report on my vehicle. That is something I appreciate, because most places just go through the motions and do not really address possible safety issues my vehicle has. They topped off the windshield wiper fluid and made sure my tire pressure was good without me having to ask. I will be back in the future. Thank you!!

From start to finish, the whole process was pleasant and better than any auto shop or dealership I've ever patronized. I felt like a VIP. The Service Writer/Asst. Manager was helpful, knowledgeable and honest. The 3 repairs and services appear to have been done with care and pride. The Middle Sound location is a store every other auto shop, actually, all businesses, should model themselves after. 5 stars on customer service!

Gary and Tracey were excellent to deal with. Everyone was friendly and professional. They fixed everything on my list, and my 10 year old car now runs like new! I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a fair, honest, and dependale auto repair business.

The excellence that Rackleys used to provide is long gone. After becoming Wilmington tire things look stable for a while. But now things have turn to worst. From not keeping their word and promises Steve made, to making me drop my car for alignment (while they knowingly admitted that their alignment machine was down later on the afternoon) just to get a call to tell me yes we never did the alignment (which was the only reason my car was there)but we found all this other stuff that needs service for a total of $600 and some change 🤦🏻 I was initially like oh ok. But then I realized why they never told me about their alignment machine not working and still let come in and drop my car for 4 hours to just call me later on the afternoon to tell me alignment can’t be done because of their own fault. What a waste of my time without mentioning that you guys took advantage of that Spanish family I referred to you guys. Completely not ok. The good days of Rackleys are gone. Here we are now suffering from the incompetence of new ownership which is too big of a company to take care of business correctly and fairly. I’m totally bummed and disappointed with you guys. We are not coming back. Ther

The people At Wilmington tire and auto are very courteous very professional and I enjoyed having them serve my 2025 Duramax 3500. I would and will recommend friends that I know to experience the wonderful service I did.
